If your cell pH is neutral or slightly alkaline, candida, bacteria, and viruses cannot grow and disease cannot proliferate. If your pH is too acid, you will not get as much value from your supplement program as if it is neutral or slightly alkaline. Consider this program if you have unexplained fatigue, serious or chronic illnesses, or just want to experience optimum health and get more "bang for your buck" with your NSP supplements.
(1) Here is the most basic program, which can be of benefit to everyone by helping you maintain the best possible pH level:
(2) For those with serious or chronic problems, add:
It is also helpful to take as many fruits and vegetables as you can; cutting back on grains, meat, chicken, and fish, all of which cause an acid pH residue at the cell level if people have more serious problems.
3) To stay well under times of undue stress to avoid getting ill, add:
Editor's Note: As I began to experiment with balancing my own pH, I noted several positive changes in my body. My lips were no longer chapped, my tongue no longer hurt (that problem had gone on for 9 years with no one able to tell me what caused it–turns out it was saliva that was too acidic), and I no longer have any plaque forming on my teeth. These changes were all noted within a few days of starting the first program listed above.
To find out what your pH is purchase pH strips from Nature's Sunshine and check your urine and saliva first thing in the morning, middle of the day and at bed. Add these totals together and divide to find your pH. pH should be between 6.4 – 6.8.
